I don't use google. No reason in particular, I've been using yahoo search for years and hadn't any problems with it, so I just stick to it.
Soccer cartoons on Google during the World Cup
I know this isn't related to the Bible, but over the past week or so, Google has been putting very cute cartoons related to soccer at the top of their home page (sometimes more than one per day). Here are a few samples:
-- All of the letters that spelled "Google" had arms and legs and were playing soccer.
-- All of the letters were sitting around a table in the boardroom watching the soccer match on TV, but when the boss walked into the room, they quickly changed the channel to a flipchart with a graph (like they were discussing business).
-- The "Google" letters, as reporters, were on the soccer field, holding media equipment (video cameras, microphones, etc.) and commenting on the game, when one of the players kicked the ball and hit a reporter in the head with it. As a result, his glasses flew up in the air and landed on the head of another guy.
-- This morning, the "g" is wearing sunglasses and sipping a drink on the beach.
Very clever, Google! Thanks for making us smile.
