No it is not, in fact the largest revival in the history of the earth is about to happen in my opinion.
A true revival cannot happen without the spirit of God guiding it. Therefore it is not up to us to cause it to happen, it is up to God to create it in us. A true revival is an outpouring of the spirit upon the people, and only our Father in heaven can do that.
There is prophesied in scripture a true and glorious revival which will take place in the end times. For God tells us that His spirit will be poured out in the last days, and in those days there will be healing, believing, and a true coming to the Lord.
I believe that the next revival will be carried out by the saints of God. There will be a remnant which will receive this revival spirit and bring it upon the earth, and those who do so will perform even greater miracles than even Jesus did.

One thing is for sure, as long as God has any type of control on this earth, it will never be "too late" for Him to do anything, even revival. I will say this though, this world surely NEEDS one. Even our own country, because more and more are turning their backs on Him and His Word.
