Excellent speech by a former Navy SEAL

Background: This is the link to a video and transcript of remarks by Naval Adm. William H. McRaven, ninth commander of U.S. Special Operations Command, at the University-wide Commencement at The University of Texas at Austin on May 17, 2014. In it, he gives examples of ten things he learned while training to be a Navy SEAL.
(Please note that in the video, Adm. McRaven flashes what appears to be the devil sign, but in this case, since he's a graduate of The University of Texas, which has a football team called the Longhorns, he apparently intended it to be the university's "Hook 'em horns" salute.)
