Instructions: Separating long answers into paragraphs
Through experience, I discovered that you can accidentally delete a long answer while you're in the process of typing it. Consequently, it's a good idea to type the answer first using a word processing program, then copy the text and paste it on this "Answers" page. However, if you do that, you may find that there is no separation between paragraphs.
There are a couple of ways to fix this problem. Here's what I usually do:
-- Put your cursor at the beginning of the second paragraph and press your "Backspace" key until you reach the last word in the first paragraph.
-- Press the "Enter" key twice so there's a blank line between the paragraphs.
-- Continue to do this with each paragraph.
You can also do the above using the "Delete" key. In this case, put your cursor at the end of the first paragraph and press the "Delete" key until the first word of the second paragraph appears. Then continue with the previous instructions.
Usually, you have some time (15 minutes or so) after previewing your answer in which to edit it. After that, if you still want or need to make changes, let me know and I'll make them for you.
