This looks fine on my new Dell laptop, which has Windows 8.1, so I don't think I need to worry about CSS customization. My old computer, which I was using when I posted my question, still has Windows XP, and I was told that the older version of Internet Explorer was causing the problem.

I'm not sure about CSS, but on my laptop, on the screen, everything looks great. I'm assuming you are talking about printing pages out?

You're right; I was referring to the printouts. But the support person I talked to told me that most people would view the answers on a computer screen (or other electronic device) rather than print them out. I guess if we want to print something, we can copy the text and paste it into a word processing program.

That's what I would do, copy and paste it onto a notepad, or office works or something similar, then print it out. I usually do that so things won't get printed that I don't want printed, wasting ink, and money.
