www.mansioninheaven.com is coming up as a bad address...
I cannot even resolve the DNS name to ping the address.
Either you typed the address incorrectly, or the site is not yet set up.

I clicked on the blue links in my question and your answer, and both of them worked for me. If you want to type the URL for the new forum in your browser, be sure to include "/mybb" at the end of my website's URL (see above).

Okay, perhaps it is because of my geographical location then...
Here is a copy of what I see when investigating the address:

Also, this is what the browser shows when I click on your link:
Server not found
Firefox can't find the server at www.mansioninheaven.com.
Check the address for typing errors such as ww.example.com instead of www.example.com
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.
Was the site recently put online? Maybe the DNS has just not yet proprogated through the Internet...

Using Firefox, I was able to bring up all three websites (www.mansioninheaven.com [my website], www.mansioninheaven.answerbase.com [this forum], and www.mansioninheaven.com/mybb [the new forum]) with no problem at all. Maybe if you wait a little while and then try again, it will work.
I'm sorry you're having so much trouble, and I wish I could be of more help.

No big deal, I just wanted to make sure you knew about it if your site was not working correctly.
In that you can get to it and use it, I assume that everyone else is able to as well.
For me, either there is a Network problem, or DNS has not yet passed it through to servers in this area. Either way, it will probably be available within 24 hours.
If not, then deeper digging will be required to determine the source of the problems.
