I grew up in church and didn't learn about how that those under the law (of Moses) are not allowed to eat Pork, and like you NEVER felt a bit of conviction over anything that I ate.
And as you pointed out, Jesus Himself declared all foods clean. In order to argue that you are not allowed to eat Pork, they have to put you under the yoke of the law of Moses, but I can show scripture after scripture that shows that those who have been born again as God's children are no longer under the law of Moses, but under the law of Love and under grace and are to be led by their concious where the true law of God is now written.
Paul declared in Romans and Corinthians that even meat that may have been offered to idols so long as they eat it of faith recognizing that only God is the true God. He also mentioned in Timothy that your food is sanctified by the word of God and by prayer.
In order to consider the passage in Isaiah, you must understand that that passage was written solely to Israelites who were under the law of Moses and who were therefore under obligation to not eat any unclean thing. For that reason, that passage in Isaiah does not apply to you who have been born again and you are free to eat according to your conscience.
As Paul mentions in Romans, it is fine for one to eat meat and another to eat herbs (vegetables only) and neither is to judge the other but they are to walk in love toward one another.
