I read the article about that. There was also a 21 yr old man in Oklahoma that almost beheaded a 19 yr old boy (yes, he died, but didn't complete his beheading). The 21 yr old was caught walking down the road covered in blood, and said that he killed that young man because of witchcraft, and wanted to kill 4 or 5 others. (I'm typing this from memory, before I close this, I'll try to include a link if I can find it.)
