I havent seen it, but I plan on it. I usually wait till movies come out on DVD to watch them.
I have seen Heaven is for Real, God's Not Dead, Courageous and several other "Christian" movies. I think they have an excellent message..
I have also seen Noah and enjoyed it.
What we need to remember is that this is Hollywood. They make movies for entertainment. Finding a movie made by Hollywood that is bibliclaly correct??? Personally, I do not think the two go together.
The expectation of having these movies follow the bible, I think is not realistic. That is why some people, who go expecting the movie to be bibical, are disappointed.
I am glad that these movies are out there. First of all, it gives us something of God to watch. Lord knows there are more than enough movies about satan and evil. Second, there is enough about God to make someone curious..to want to find out more about the Lord and search Him out. That is never a bad thing. Sometimes we need to plant and water and let God take care of the rest.
