Much needed advice about work
There is a lady driver at my job. When she started, she went telling everyone that she does not want any special treatment. The problem is is that she ended up getting so much special attention, that she has let it go to her head, and believe me, she shows it. I want to confront her about this, for two reasons; 1)She claims to be a Christian, but she shows many signs that she does not know God at all, just "of" Him. And 2)Sometimes we act in a way which we do not know. I believe that we all, at least at times, come across in a way in which we do not intend. But, here is the reason why I think it would be pointless to confront her about it; It's pointless. She is always right, no matter what. She knows everything, and I mean everything. She is the queen of my job, and she knows it. (Get my point?) There is a saying, "pick and choose your battles". Honestly, this battle appears to be pointless. But what do you think? Should I bite my tongue and let her know how she is coming across to others, or just leave her be? It's gotten to the point to where I am hesitant on telling her anything because she likes to contradict so much of what I say.
